shaft is straight but smaller diameter section of the shaft was not machined center with the rest of the shaft. While rotating, it act as a cam!!
very poor machining, shaft is unusable.

I had five of those in total. Quality of shaft is acceptable but main problem are inside through holes which are not centered. On one of the shafts it was so much of center that at one point wall thickness was almost zero and after few flights I had shaft with a hole in the middle. It is not good for part integrity vibration and possibly safety.
Now I am using Align shafts which are slightly more expensive but perfectly crafted.
I am trying to use as much of original HK parts as possible but like here I go for better quality.

Here again we have a replacement that you just cannot do without. Everyone will eventually bend one of these so I would have a few around for that day. Only work on the HK 600 for T-REX 600 keep looking.

got my hk600 today from aussie warehouse..really quick-post....alas"the main shaft where turned-down was not centered i just replaced it with a align shaft 60159 and replaced a mainshaft bearing... apart from that all good great for the price i think ill buy another just for spare_- parts..thanks hk. -
