it works as designed, it does take up some space so be ready for that, found that using chicken wire for the loop worked well. Wish it had a thead and washer setup to bolt it in vs gluing it.

I used this as a release on a little Cub tug. A little ply mount was made to hold this and a servo. This was fitted to the top of the wing just behind the c/g. I tested it with a very large windsock and it worked perfectly. I have no doubt it will work just as well with my glider. Excellent.
