rather long, easy to solder (the male pin is hollow - drop a wad of raw solder in the end while upright after wedging in your wire, heat the side - done !) - not as slick as the banana ones of the same size, but quite adequate

Great little connectors, work just fine for most general purpose Motor/ESC connections. Easy to fit with moderate level of hobby skills.
