Love this motor. Put it in a firebird phantom to replace stock brushed setup. running it with 4.1x4.1 sport. pulls about 11-12 amps, and the plane screams. I will do some more testing to find the ideal prop, as i think I can do better.

Great brushless upgrade for the multiplex easy star. I have it spinning a 6 to 5x3 prop.

Used it to power a small toy RC car for my kid. Car weights almost 1 kg and the motor works well. Takes 70W from the baterry, (2 cell Lipo). Didn't try a 3-cell.



One point to consider: it gets hot. I've use a small computer cooler to make an air flow path around the motor can to cool it down. If you're planning in using it on a plane, it souldn't be a problem.

Might be a good motor but what would be great is if the description of it was accurate to begin with. The motor I received DOES NOT have a shaft length of 15mm as stated in the ad but only 10mm.

The only reason I purchased the engine was for this reason as due to model factors needed this. Totally useless to me now!!!

NO MOUNTING SCREWS!!! WHY DO I NEED TO START LOOKING FOR M2.5 SCREWS? IS IT REALLY THAT COMPLICATED TO INCLUDE THEM WITH THE MOTOR???
