Be careful when ordering this item. I ordered one and what I received the HXT9610MG, not the RTG. The package says its HXT9610MG-RTG but it contains the HXT9610MG. I received not only a wrong item but also a lower priced item. HobbyKing will not take responsibility for this mistake. So beware.

I am really very curious to see how is gonna work in my hands.I read so many different opinions of modelers.Many of them touch the limit with negative descriptions,some happend to say good words.I ordered two and wait to evaluate when they arrive.

this servo is for retract gear travel range is 185degree,

people just make sure before buy,

that is nice servo with very strong torque, totally nice servos,

recommend for all guys reference.

The servo is very good. Perfect for my KYOSHO spitfire 40. Good fit in the wing and extremely strong.

Torque 4.8v 7.8kg

Very bad QC.I bought 3 of it. One can swing,but it has no torque.The other can work ,but torque is about 3 kg.(they claim that it is 7.8 Kg.)

for first time test after received parcel i was surprise because the servo not work tested using my turnigy servo tester i thought HK sent me rubbish product. but after connect it to my 8FG on my Hyperion P51 mustang it work better than my expectation before. Very good & work great. Now i have no retract problems anymore. I really like and recommended this product due to quality, performance also design (height dimension).

Good servo, 1 unit is strong enough to power 3 retract wheels on my Airwolf 600, a slow servo perfect to give ur models a realistic effect.
This is a good purchase.

i just installed one of this servos on a top flite P-47 ARF 60 and it works just fine, it is a little too fast for scale landing gear, it rotates 185 degrees, it is very strong and it can handle 6 volts nicely. i posted a video of four of them working at 4.5 volts.
