Good Charger better power supply

I am pleased with this charger. it look nice feels good. not cheap like so many of these are. I would have given this an over all 5. But one thing it could have been better on it, Is a higher charge rate . I like that it is usb. But it should be a a/c connector for the home at at 16 amps. for 4 amps a connector. The other thing I find is nice, Is that if you over discharge a battery it will push it to charge. you may loose about .1 vols. but the battery will recharge an work. nice feature. I had over discharged some li-ion battery's so was very happy to see this work. This has come in handy for me. I bought 2 of these I am glad I did. I am Going to look in to a plug in power supply an see how that works

Good charger but needs strong power supply

This seems like a good charger, solidly built with a feel of quality. The problem is that it seems to be very sensitive to the USB power supply being used. I used the built in USB sockets in one of the wall sockets and also a phone charger; both could supply in excess of 2A but the charger backed off the charge current after a short while. Luckily I also have a fairly powerful USB fast charger that seems to be able to provide the power needed so full rate charging can be sustained - getting one of these could be extra expense if you dont have the right power source to hand.

I love it u can charge 4 batteries @ 500mah or 2 at 1,000mah each. it dos not come with a power supply. it comes with a USB cable to get the max performance u need a USB power supply that can give you 5V @ 2.1 A at least. My USB charger is a 12A charger and it can supply 5V @ 2.4A. I used the USB port from my laptop and I could not get more that 900mah total on 2 batteries.

extremely good charger for every round cell you can think of. ni-mh, ni-cd ni-zn, li-po, li-ion and every size from from smallest to largest. extra points from usb input so you can charge everywhere you go and using a power bank. the provided bag is nice and rigid and might be water resistant material.
