Been running this motor in a modded out Stampede. This motor rips on a 3s. I use a 1/8 HK ESC with Nano-tech 5ah. Some minor cogging at initial low speed accel, but smooths out very quick. I'm gonna buy a 36/60 can KDS motor and run 4s lipo to it. Should be fun.

I put this motor in a Shockwave 26 with AQCRFT 60A esc and on 12 cell nimh 4200 bats this thing burned up. couldn't push the stock pastic prop. I heard that it is a 2-pole motor so not much of a power point there. I will try another motor

Excelente motor. apenas se calienta en mi e-firestorm con 4s lipo y 15-40 mod1 alcanza facil 80 millas por hora ,sin notarlo.

Great motor

Running in Mono1 boat with 3s2p A123 (these 6 cells are even lighter than 7C NiMh subC size and give me 10V+ and 'unlimited' amperage)

,together with graupner k36 prop and solid cooling



Depending on throttle management i have about 6-8 minutes of FUN :-)

Good choice, good price.

Very good motor. Runs strong, but i think it is good for what it is rated for. Have run it on 3-5s so far. With a 6x4 on 3s it draws around 70 amps. On 4s it'll handle up to a 4.75x4.75 or so prop, have run it on a 5.7x3 also.Makes my F5D go 130+
