Great motor, and very cheap. Ran several of these in my Rustler over the last year or so and they don't last forever, but give great amounts of power, stay cool and can take a knock. I can't fault them for the price.

Okay, I got this for my Hyper 7 and was expecting to be disappointed as everything i wanted was out of stock, so got this as a shot term fix.

I'm running this with 2S and it is Very fast (I have a .28 nitro hyper too) I ran it with 4s for 30 seconds and it is quicker than the nitro easily. Im using 15t. Huge punch, will try 17t next. Got warm quickly on hard 2s bashing so will fit heat sync asap.

BITCHIN MOTOR on E-Maxx with 3or4s 4500mah 40c lipo's!! reeally fast but I need 2 aluminum fan/sink combo's to cool it as it does get hot, as long as you do this there is NO issues, endbell is STUCK ON so I assume they fixed this issue, I use a Mamba Monster ESC and 21/62 gears!! OMG its fast no kiding! faster than my friends 2200kv mamba!! I also have the 2200kv version coming in mail, hear its even better! to much kv for e-maxx, keep-IT-kool!!

gets hot alright!! but I run a Castle and a 3Racing sink+fan combo on it, fits ok2 fans one with heat sink!! haha LOTSA COOLING!! I run it HARD with 4s on Mamba Monster and need a pretty strong throttle curve to keep'er grounded! it is insane fast and the endbell is STUCK ON so I assume they fixed that issue! Im stoked on this motor, also I have the 2200kv-L ordered should be here tomorrow and I hear that a bitchin motor to! I say Go 4 It

Still messing around with this in my Slash, got the 60mm 2700 kv. It wants to be geared TALL, and so far continues to run hot.

Recommend heat sink with purchase.

Seems to have a lot of potential, I just need a bigger pinion.

Mounted on a OFNA hyper 1/8 converted to Rally Game (GT)with 14.8v, has a lot of power but gets very hot. I think it consumes more than 68 amps as stated specifications.

I have just installed it onto an E-Savage. Works great, but it needs more current than my previous 2200kv motor. I think NiMH batteries are not enough for this motor use LiPo or LiFePo.

E-Savage geared with 21T, 4S LiFePo reaches 38mph.

Meh. I wish I hadn't bought this, after 15 minutes of driving with my Savage on 4S, it started stuttering (Not cogging) off the line, so much that I had to kick it to get it going, it didn't used to do this, I soldered proper wires on it, and the problem persists, I wouldn't recommend it, but it works well for the time that it does work.
