Se trata de un 9DOF ArduIMU incluye tres sensores - un ITG-3205 (triple eje del giróscopo), ADXL345 (triple eje del acelerómetro), y HMC5883L (triple eje magnetómetro). Esta placa viene programado con el gestor de arranque Pro mini328 5V / 16MHz Arduino, sólo tiene que conectarse a los pines de serie TX y RX con un 5V FTDI Breakout.

Las salidas de todos los sensores son procesadas por un ATmega328 de a bordo y de salida de más de un interfaz.Esta serie permite la 9DOF ArduIMU para ser utilizado como un poderoso mecanismo de control para vehículos aéreos no tripulados, vehículos autónomos y sistemas de estabilización de imagen.

I made a headtracker out of this board. It has an inbuilt Atmega328 which you can use for processing the IMU data and for creating a PPM signal which you can feed into your transmitter. Overall quality seems to be ok. Worked right away. Only strange thing is, that the FTDI description on the board says 3.3V but in the text above it says connect 5V. Works with 5V though, but would not recommend as it looks like the IMU sensors are directly attached to 3.3V line. Great product and if you want to use it as a headtracker without drift then this is your choice.
