Brilliant is the only day to describe this. It arrived in perfect condition.
Really does fly straight out of the box, add batteries for charger and tx add the kite wing and off you go.
Very stable flight characteristics, but only fly outdoors in very light winds at most.
Great for younger kids as a first plane, slow and stable.
Get a handful of the Turnigy 130mAh nanotechs, and it's a grat afternoon of fun.

t comes to turkey in one piece, but dont order any thing with it, ordered extra 1s lipos and they put lipos at box, without tapeing it and lipos break the rudder. fixed it in one sec with foam safe cyano and needle, put the wing on it and fly it after i opened the box in five minute later, stock battery goes up to 5 minute with half throtel trimming and flying it is very easy. ll teach my son how to fly with it.

Ugly baby cuckoo... This is a plane or a toy for losers?

HobbyKing is right to discontinue PRODUCT ID: TGY-Slowflyer (a great plane for beginners) and presented IT as a substitute?

(Review got cut short. I was then made to wait ten minutes to write another one. Do I work for HobbyKing or something? If so, where are my wages? If not, why are they telling me what to do?...) I didn't have room to try a loop but I'm fairly sure it would have done it.

I moved the rudder push rod to the innermost hole on the control horn, to make it more manouverable to avoid the other planes better. I left the elevator one where it was.

The control horns are flexible so you just twist them to get the push rod ends in and out of the holes. That gave it a really tight turning circle - you wouldn't need it that tight outdoors.

I flew it for the first time today, at an indoor fly-in. It was a lot of fun. I needed quite a bit of right trim, and had to adjust the U bend in the pushrod to get it right. The transmitter trim only allows for about half a millimeter of rudder movement either way, which wasn't enough.

I needed quite a bit of up trim too, especially when I'd used the stock 70mAh Minium lipo and had to switch to 138mAh Parkzone ones. For flying outdoors, it probably wouldn't need as much because you could just fly faster. I think the stock battery positon makes it a touch nose heavy. In the end, I cut a small piece of foam out behind the hole for the battery cable, so I could move the battery a bit further back.

It needed to be flown a bit faster than I was expecting from looking at the wing area (the kite) but it's more solidly built than the Minium Cessna. It still flies slow enough to make a good indoor plane (sports hall / gym, not living room). It survived a couple of mid air collisions with only minimal damage - I put a piece of clear tape on the kite where there was a small rip from a prop cut. Falling a few feet onto the hard sports hall floor didn't really bother it.

With it trimmed to fly slow, and finally trimmed to fly in a straight line, I could just let go of the sticks and it landed itself very nicely. There was plenty of power. I didn't have room to try a loop but

Waiting for the next indoor fly-in so I can try it but excellent value for money. Well packaged, everything taped into the box to stop it rattling around.

Fits the usual Parkzone/Horizon Hobby Ultra Micro style batteries. Came already bound to the included transmitter.

A few niggles, but not a complaint:

The throttle stick is sprung, and notoriously difficult to unspring, unfortunately. It's the same Tx as the original Kyosho Minium Cessna. There's a mode switch for mode 1 or 2.

The main undercarriage was tricky to fit. It's very flexible so squeeze it between your fingers and push it in the slot. It was hard to get out too. The bracket came out with it but I glued it back with some UHU POR.

The strut clips are very stiff. I had to squeeze them with tweezers to release them - I must remember to take some with me to the fly-in or I'll never get it back in the box.

On the whole, a fantastic deal at a fraction of the original price.
