A fast 800MM glider,

This plane was set up with a 1900kv blue wonder motor, a 20 amp Esc and a 7X4 apc prop with 450 or so Mah battery. It is a FAST ship with slow turning ability as I didn't install ailerons to save weight. Aim for as much rudder as possible and set the flying stab to 1/2 /- incidence because the full flying stabilizer is sensitive. Launch at 1/2 to 3/4 throttle and hang on!
Good Luck as there are NO instructions and you must rely on experience.
Ron

Nice little setup: All servos 4,3gr hobbyking's, motor/esc combo HobbyKing Donkey ST2204-1700kv (need to shorten nose for bigger plywood)(prop 6x5 gws) and lipo 3S 500mAh. Total flight weight: 240gr. Really easy to fly even in windy weather..

Opbouw : HXT 500(4x), 18a HK ss Esc, 2050kv motor (HK c20), 6-3 klapprop (HK), 500mAh.
WOA: 250 gr.
Hoogteroerbevestiging is freubelen, motorasje omdraaien.

Nicely molded airframe, but no instructions at all, it is similar to the merlin but with different plastic parts and glass fiber rods took me a while to get everything in the right place. I would not recommend to anyone unlesss they have building experience. Makes a nice plane when done but still waiting to madien

this is a great little plane. flys great and glides for ever once the cg is set and even slope soars very well (very acrobatic). quit easy to build once you know where everything goes. i replaced the wing fibre glass rob with a 3mm carbon fibre rod and used alot of ca and two strips of fibre tape on each wing, really strong now. the body is madly strong with the fibre glass rods in it. found out with a full throttle nose dive at launch and not even a dent. this plane doesn't need much power to fly, iv got about 150watts of power and i have endless vertical. i had to add a few holes to the body to allow air flow for the esc as it got very got with out them. other than this it is a great plane and would recommend it to anyone with abit of building skills as it doesn't have any instructions

This plane is indeed great fun to fly. I have a turnigy 2206a/1650 and a turnigy 25amp esc. I made my own motor mount and dropped it back in the nose so it sat flush. It has an alloy 35mm spinner and 7x3 folding prop. Servos are all hxt500s. I also spent some time on the glass fibre cloth and epoxy. Unfortunately I didn't do enough of the latter as a high speed crash busted the fuse in half. Prior to that it had some awesome flights on 2s 850s and 3s 500s. It hammers - great acrobatic capabilities even with a noob like me. Recommended, but do spend the time setting it up right...

Nice and well finished little glider, BUT :
No building instructions, specially for the tail assembly ( original system !)
Reinforcing fiber rods in the fuselage not necessary.
Possibility to make wings and elevator dismantleds.

Well what can i say about this one..?

First of all it is cheap as chips! (pricewise)

it comes with no manual or guide whatsoever.

someone put a assembly manual for the merlin into the file section on the global warehouse but this is only partly helpfull since the merlin got several different parts which this plane does not have. But it is a nice reference when to put which parts together.

Just take all parts out of the box and try to guess where they could fit. I did it that way and after a few moments it is quite clear what goes where.

So you do not realy need a manual.

As a helping startup tip from my side i will give you some hints for the assembly.

All wooden parts except the big round and the rectangular plate, belong together with the long screw, the metal nut thingy, the little plastic nut with two holes and the shortest of the fiberglass sticks as they become the hinge assembly for the elevator.

You may also need to make the metal nut a bit thinner with a file as i found it to thick to fit into the elevator hinge case which you make out of the wooden parts.

You have to cut the elevator in half by cutting out the embossed oval shape in the center of the wing.

They will be glued onto the fiberglass stick from the elevator assembly.

But that is almost the last step in the whole plane assembly.

Thats all help i will give for now because the rest is easy enough to figure out and i do not want to take away the fun of trying to build the plane :)

The build was pretty straight forward once i found out how to build the tail with all them wooden parts .The foam itself its of good quilty and the epox glue did the job with plenty spare .and as i say you get what you pay for and in my book this is a steal .
