700kv motor with a was not fast enough - instructions suggest using an 840kv motor with an 11x5.5 prop.
I tried the 700kv motor with an 11x5.5 - too slow - not fast enough
tried with 12x6 - better but still not enough umpff
Ended up with a 14x7 which was the best setup for this motor.
I have since swapped the motor to the SK3 3548 - 840kv, the plane is setup ready and hope to fly it this weekend - hope to get a video too.

One thing to note - restrict the movement of the rudder - otherwise the plane will BITE! too much rudder will cause the plane to tip stall.

Just this minute received my Nemesis... It came well packaged, double boxed, and the contents appear to be all there and not damaged.
Intend to run the plane on a 60A Plush ESC, Aerodrive SK3 35/48 700kv motor with 4 TGY-409MD metal geared digital servos...
The quality of the kit is really good, all the covering is nice and tight and no wrinkles, and the hardware looks to be of reasonable quality.
The only problem I have found is that the spec in the description for the plane calls for 4xstd servos... the box and the instructions call for 5.
Two for the ailerons.
One for the Rudder.
TWO for the Elevator.
No big deal, as I have a spare servo at home which I'll put on the rudder, it would have been nice to have a matching set tho... Once I have built and maidened the plane, I will post up with a report and hopefully a video.
So far really impressed.

C'est un bon appareil mais attention de ne pas le sous-motoriser il a besoin de puissance et de vitesse pour voluer mais il peut aussi voler bas rgime en faisant attention au dcrochage ! La finition est exceptionnelle et il est assez rsistant. Un moteur comme celui-ci : NTM Prop Drive Series 42-58 500kv semble appropri.

Bloody awesome plane from HK. I maidened it today and couldn't be happier. Mine is set up with a SK3 5045 660kV motor, 85A Turnigy ESC, 4S 3000mAh battery and 5 x HK12558A servos. The plane flies really well and sets up nicely for landing. One note: set all the DR's fairly low and use plenty of expo as despite the small control surfaces, the Nemesis is very responsive. I did have to modify the motor mount to get the SK3 in but the result was well worth it.

Just built this plane. The kit came double boxed from the EU warehouse (first buy from EU warehouse and I couldn't be happier) No customs Fuss 4 days AT MY DOOR.

As I said the kit came double boxed and in perfect condition.

the manual is detailed (so rare for most of the planes now) and includes everything you need minus the servo screws and that's normal (that was for those who expect screws-some do) The servo cutouts are perfect in size for the standard sized servos. I used an EMP 5045 900kv motor which I'm gonna use on 4 and 5S. That needed a 5 minute mod on the firewall to get it to fit dead center. the supplied hardware can be used also. (another rare thing for chinese planes) I'm really impressed by the looks of it. can't wait to maiden . I rushed to rate it because HK did a good job. good packing nice model. now how it flies its not really HKings concern but we know because this is the CMP Nemesis and the same as Nitroplance NS-50. there are lots of clips on youtube . Now only thing left to do is balance the plane on CG (some said it's a little ahead of the spar 10-20mm ) have to check that out before taking off for sure. oh also plenty of room to work in the plane and will certainly not use the stock way to hold the canopy which is a rubber band.

In general it was a nice build and with some help from a friend and some breaks for food and chatit went together in 7hours. it could be less if you use the recomennted motor which has blind nuts on the firewall to mou

Also, flieger ist top. hhenruder hat gefehlt reklamiert ,nach 4 monaten kahm die antwort, gibt kein hhenruder nach, wird nicht hergestellt .haben mich den mit 70 dollar ruhig gestellt .also im groen und ganzen mist weil es keine ersatzteile geben wird .

This bird is looking very good. Nice, sturdy quality. No flaws, super finish. To my surprise you need 2 servo's on the elevator. What nonsense for a small rudder. Cut new holes and places one servo upside down. I want to fly this beauty at 6S so i needed to loose some weight. I glued in 5 micro servo's to save 100 gram weight. Also replaced the heavy alu tub (150 gram) for a 75 gram one. Got rid of too long and heavy nuts and bolts and saved another 30 (!) gram. Motor is a SK3 5045 500kv (fits perfectly but 100 gram). 80A Esc ( 10 gram). Lipo will be 6S 3000 - 5000 40C ( 100/250 gram). Prop 15x10. With 6s 3000 it weights 2500 grams. The same as a 4S setup. At 6s 5000 it weights 2750. Bit heavy. But very curious if it will break the soundbarrier ;-))).
