Exact 3.0mm shaft diameter. Given with 2 black clips, but they are thin and look fragile. Total shaft lenght is not 41.2mm as written in the description, but 45.2mm, Length of the first portion to the intended location of the clip is 31.7mm, the other part is 13mm. Hole for the clip is approx 0.5mm

This motor shaft comes with two C clip but on the photo it is not present, may be due to black background we cant see.

A GREAT replacement shaft !!!! It measures in at EXACTLY 41.2mm long and 3mm in diameter. ALSO, I received two ( 2 ) replacement circlips ( c-clips ) with mine. I'm happy; thanks Hobby King !
