Just got this module so I could use my old 9CAP Tx with a micro quad. Works as advertised plus I can fly my old foamies with spektrum receivers too.

UMX Radian - Bad throttle control, no rudder control, great elevator control. Unit binds easily to UMX Radian, however sometimes I had rudder control but not throttle control. Lower end point for throttle and I got some throttle control but rudder control went away. Thinking that the UMX wants to see an exact end point on bind or will not work properly.

Works fine with a different full size DSMX receiver.

Possible that Horizon has the UMX stuff looking for a specific input on startup from the TX that the Orange module either needs to be set to or does not have.

Got mine today, just installed it into my Futaba FF8 transmitter. Binding with a cheap BG Redcon DSM2 receiver was no problem, just follow the online manual here. All channels work, no jitter.

My review from yesterday disappeared... hmnnn. I'm being polite and honest. This product is very hard to do a firmware update on which is required to change channel programming. I have alot of experience flashing, updating, and programming all types of devices and this product will not connect to accept the firmware update, possibly it is defective, but hard to know. My communications with support have not provided additional insight or been helpful and they haven't offered to replace the device. It's a shame because I really was looking forward to purchasing uhf 433 modules and recievers to use with my Futaba 9c but now I am reconsidering options.
