Poor quality. Only three of the servos leads were labelled, leaving you to guess where they go. Canopy, retracts and motor would not work. ESC is obnoxious with the continual beeping and carrying on. Paint doesn't match up between the two wings. Would not recommend.

Decent model by Unique Planes.
Flys a lot like a Trojan, but isn't one... so if you're looking for something a bit different, the PC-9/Texan II might be it.
Build quality is pretty good.. I found a decent build video on YT and had the thing ready to fly in about 40 mins.
Maiden wasn't too scary. Had a low-moderately windy day, but the PC-9 seemed stable.
All in all, not a bad trainer-type "warbird". Good alternative to the T28, anyway.

Bought this plane during the half year sales at very good price, still very cheap with the added shipping cost added which local RC shop selling at double the price. This plane is very stable and easy handle, flying similar like a trainer. It can cruise at very slow throttle speed even at 50pcnt throttle with the original speed controller, motor and prop. Very efficient even with 4S 2600mah lipo, can get 8 minutes of flight time with average 65pcnt throttle. It can also cruise at higher speed like a war plane very good flight characteristic with easy take off and very smooth landing. The CG is at 2~3cm from the edge of wing depending the size of battery. Will need to cut the internal fuselage for correct placement of battery close to the elevator & rudder servo. With the correct CG it needs only very little trim and first take off is almost spot on on CG.

As much as I like this plane, the quality is just substandard. I've had six flights out of it, took it home and was going to take it out to fix the landing, and the landing gear control box won't work. I can't raise or lower the retracts and I went through all the connection with a voltage tester and there is simply no output to the gear servos. Problem now is that all the landing gear servos run off of two wires, of unknown voltage, the control box has the switches that reverse and -, and again there are no parts. I must now replace the complete landing gear set. I cannot recommend a purchase of this product now.

one servo broke while setting it up,so i replaced it, in addition I replaced elevator servos (same bad quality) and really bad when it gives up, I do not understand the purpose of the electric canopy.

The CG is, if you put everything where constructor meant it to be, in front of the leading edge, you really cant get it far back.

Wing is very soft and bends massively in the Air, reinforced with carbon,

Considering the price, its not good, but ok

Flown it now and it flys very nice. Very stable. There is no CG anywhere listed but I used a 4S 2200mah battery, which fit perfect, in the middle of the area for it and did have to adjust for nose heavy, but then it was fine. The landing gear, which is very solid is another pain that has to be fixed. the right wing gear is off by 10degrees and the nose gear is very loose causing the plane to take-off in an S curve badly. Power from the motor is good and so is speed, but the prop is 10.5X8 4 blade and that will have to change because of no replacements. Nose cone broke on first takeoff attempt when front gear compressed and hit the ground.
Looks good, flys fine, but has lots of issues and problems before you put it in the air. You are getting a plane made on Friday just before going home. Fix it and you'll like it. Not worth more than the sale price.

arrived safe and sound, packing was very good.
Instructions are what brings the rating down here, they are terrible. You are better off figuring it out on your own.
While its a nice idea to lift the canopy/battery hatch, it's not pratical because there are not wiring assignments/instruction on how everything is connected. Then the gear door servo is backwards - closes when it should open the door so that function now requires a servo reverser.
The fuselage and landing gear seam pretty robust. To put the whole thing together took maybe an hour. To figure out the wiring, 6 hours.
Now I just hope it flys well. Will report further.

Retracts do not (always) function.
Manual sucks (google translate) and is missing useful information:
- CG is not mentioned
- rudder throws not mentioned
- no explanation about the landing gear

This model has no C of G shown any where and the discussion section shows two different locations, in my opinion very poor.
The front landing gear leg has suspension which seems to work fine, but the grub screw that holds the servo horn to the front leg is into plastic only which means the steering nose wheel is not held correctly and the nose leg turns 90 degrees on take off flipping the aircraft onto its back.
Then where the front wheel bracket is held onto the bottom of the nose leg appears to be riveted but it has not held and the front wheel still turns sideways.
This weekend will be my fifth attempt to get this plane into the air, extremely disappointed with the quality seems poorly thought out.................
