5 stelle se le merita per il prezzo,

ho montato 3 di questi meccanismi in un falcon 120,peso al decollo,7,5 kg,

dopo 5 voli il materiale plastico ha preso gioco,

li raccomando per un peso massimo di 5 kg

Retract are all from plastic, hard plastic, cylinders have soft moving. But the plastic body are little bit bended on the face mounting to plane.

exelecente construccion, muy robosto. Diametro del cilindro neumatico: 22 mm, largo total: 110 mm. Para pata de tren de aterrizaje de 6 mm.

Plastic air operated retracts

These units can't be knocked for the money provided you are prepared to spend 15 mins putting them right, hence the four stars. The metal inserts are not drilled right through and the two grub screws that hold the legs on are flush with the limit of the hole. I found the grub screws were trying to grip the very end of the leg. I took out the inserts and drilled them right through so the leg could be pushed in further and a better grip obtained. Also note that the hole in the insert is 6mm but the hole in the blocks is slightly larger, It would have offered greater support if they were identical sized holes. Lastly the thread for the grub screws was not tapped all the way through, so I retapped that while the inserts were out. With this 15mins. work done the units were charged up and hold pressure no problem for several hours....I got bored watching them :)

I'll report back once they have actually been flown, but they def. deserve four stars only short of the 5 for the above reasons.

Wow, these are great looking retracts and very affordable for the average modeler. They replaced a set of "Name brand" retracts and fit perfectly even the bolt pattern.....Gary
