Great boat, great lines and finish. BUT to have this boat running fast and stable i added a second left rudder working togheter with std one. (you can see it at youtube). It is also needed to do some job at shaft. Mine was with plenty vibration due to thin shaft inside larger tube. Also need a better proppeller. With this adjustments and a powerfull motor with 4s lipo... well.. it's impressive how fast and stable this amazing boat runs! I'm happy! Probably the best at HK!

when testing the boat on the bench the square drive on the flexi shaft became detached from the square housing on the propeller stub shaft it took some 4.5 hours to strip everything out and set up properly. the boat is supplied with a different location of the motor to what is shown on the webb site it is now sited directly beneath the centre deck.
on testing in the water the propeller was cavitating and the boat ran slow whilst the engine was reving its head off,even gradually building the motor up did not cure this problem i have overcome this by using a propeller of 40mm dia with a much courser pitch.to get it running good i recommend the following
i use 2 5000mha 3 cell lipos linked to double the capacity NOT THE VOLTAGE these are sited either side of the motor velcrode to the hull keeping them as low as possible
to combat the torque turn of the motor i have put 400 grams of counter balance on the port side of the boat adjacent to the battery tray
i have used the battery tay to mount my speed controller

if the above is worked to the boat sails fine at a good speed and lasts for around 30 mins on the two batteries

if u buy this,, u really need to buy turn fin..expecially for beginner. this boat need more grip at cornering.. for 3s mybe ok. but for 4s and above is no stable without turn fin.. or u can just adjust rudder sensitivity at your tx. overall its all good and nice finish.. the steel gate at the front need to be glued. the wood floor also. after installing turn fins, this boat is ready for btter performance,4s or 6s no problem. ty hobbyking

Runs great , fast handles well , mine had a bad shaft ..but replaced it with a new shaft all good . Very heavy on batteries though :)

Du de cet achat, le flexible s'est cass en 2 au bout de 3 tours, le support moteur et le tube sont colls avec juste une feuille de fibre il s'est dcoll rapidement, le montage est fait la va vite. J'ai d tout dmonter et rachet du matriel fiable. le bateau m'a cout le double, ce n'est pas un achat rentable.

Hobbyking needs to ammend its description of this boat .advertised as 1000mm long and 300mm wide..this is way out its actually 930mm long and 225mm wide..Initialy was going to return it as the size difference made for some disappointment on opening box...however I deceided to keep based on some youtube clips i had seen..boat is superbly finished and the glass hull among the best I've seen..running is also impressive...So hobbyking you have a great boat here..Please describe correcly and you have a winner

Si vous achetez ce modle il vous faut imprativement tout renforcer, recoller le support morteur, recoller l'arbre et le support d'accu et de servo et surtout changer le flexible. Au premier run le flexible s'est cass en 2 et le support moteur s'est dcoll en mettant les gaz moiti.

le montage d'origine est peu soign et fait la va vite. quelques points de colle par ci par l ne suffisent pas tenir correctement du matriel qui tourne un haut rendement.
