Small (powerfull) little gas engine

I've just bought one. Looks very good !
Everything according to description. That engine will work with ULTIMATE 120 (4,5 kg). I hope it was better choice then ASP 120 FS (?)
Don't need more expensive engines ...
Reason for purchase: cheaper flights, good engine, the smell of gasoline (first time for RC model)

Great little engine

I have two of these engines. Both have ran great from day one right out of the box with very little tuning needed. Of course you have to lean out the carb settings as it gets broken in just like any other engine. I would not hesitate to recommend these engines to anybody looking for a good 20 cc engine. I have no experience with any of the other sizes but will have no second thoughts about buying one when I need it. The first one I ran a couple of tanks of gas through on the ground before the first flight. The second one I just fueled the plane and started it up and ran it long enough to see that it would idle without stalling and accelerate from an idle to full throttle and back without stalling, then topped of the tank and flew the plane. The engines have been very reliable for me. Great engine and a lot of power for the buck. I have one on a 73 inch Aviator and the second is on a 68 inch Easy Stik. Plenty of power for both planes and they perform very well.

Motore con difeti vari.

Sarò stato sfortunato, ma il motore che ho ricevuto presenta perdite dalle guarnizioni del raccordo tra il carburatore ed il carter del motore. Durante il funzionamento è ben visibile benzina in uscita tra le giunture. Anche cambiando le guarnizioni continua ad avere un regime irregolare con variazioni di giri ingiustificate. In più, durante i primi funzionamenti il magnete del sensore per lo scoppio della candela è fuoriuscito danneggiando il relativo sensore. Spero in una sostituzione dei collettori di aspirazione, del sensore e del carburatore in garanzia nella speranza di risolvere il problema. Al momento giudizio negativo. Aggiornerò questa review nel caso il team di Hobbyking.com mi sostituirà in garanzia i ricambi difettosi.

Great 20cc engine

Engine looks great, and started without any problems, did run it for only few minuter, but I think it will be a great powerhouse. Would love it has RCEXL CDI that can go to 12V, but Pegasus CDI comes with engine, but no problems with it.
Only thing that is weird to me it has two piston rings not one like most of other engines like DLE20.

Very Impressed. took the engine apart when i first recieved it. The manufacturing and quality of the components was very good. Primed the carb and she started in no time and ran very well on the initial settings. on a three blade 15x7 9100 rpm out the box! I was extremley surprised and throttled back !!!

Muy potente para su cilindrada! ralenti y transision rapida, una vez rodado facil para arrancar! Exelente para projectos 120 o 1/4 de escala. El unico detalle es la mariposa de cebar que se encontraba decentrada. Motor de muy buena calidad por el precio!

these are excellent engines. very easy starting reliable idle and far better than DLE engines of the same size. I have 3, and they all work far better than the DLE equivilant
