2 broken cells upon arrival

As i wanted to charge the battery for the frist time it seemd that 2 cells where dead. I reported this and filled in a complete warranty report with pictures, serial number and so on. As to today i have bot yet recieved a New battery, nor got a reply on my warranty report. I hope you guys send me a New one. Since this i have orderd 10+ batterys from another site. Bought plenty of stuff trough the years with you guys. It is time you refund or send me New battery. Then i will consider ordering again with you guys.

Defect aangekomen

Ik heb van deze een batterij ontvangen waarvan 2 cellen defect zijn. Na een garantie aanvraag in te dienen nooit een andere batterij gekregen noch reactie ontvangen van hobbyking. Jammer, ik koop hier al lang en heb niet veel slechte goederen ontvangen maar dit is geen klantenservice helaas. Vanaf heden koop ik ook mijn gerief elders. Ik verwacht een correcte afhandeling indien er producten niet on orde zijn.

and would not take a balance charge

Sicherlich haben diese Akkus keine echten 50C, aber bei welchem Akku stimmt das schon??
Gasstöße mit über 90A sind kein Problem.

very good value for money, the only thing is that the wrap around the battery is not really of quality. I thought it was very necessary to replace it, so I replaced this myself
