very well to keep up a receiver with gyro: Just add a serflex
the receiver remains removable with a single shot of cutting pliers.

I use it in my racer boats to put under the receiver which is held on by a small serflex.
for batteries, it is better to take silicone hobbyking plates and straps

It is a good addition for the battery mounting, stick well to the plane, the anti-slip property is, well, not so great, but is making the job finally.

This stuff helps keep your battery from sliding around, kinda. I was expecting the really rubbery/sticky stuff you put under carpet on a hard floor. Instead I found it to be harder and slicker than I expected which limits it's utility. On the plus side, it's very easily cut and sticks well on the inside of the plane.
