Received mine with the same problem reported by Pedro Severo: the nose is very sharp and completely unprotected in the package, resulting in a minor damage. But beside that, it is a fantastic plane. I sold the odd Changesund EDF (heavy and very bad to balance) and mounted a Taiwan Tornado all metal 90mm 6-8S EDF. A 100A YEP ESC and 17gMG servos completed the setup. Even with only 6S and the fixed gear (I am still waiting for the retracts) the plane is VERY fast, easy to control and not so difficult to land. The sound of this EDF is almost like the real thing. excelente avio, o meu chegou avariado pelo transporte e isto comprometeu a qualidade do produto, aconselho que o fornecedor melhore a embalagem que esta sendo perfurada pela ponta aguda da fuselagem.
seria prudente e ajudaria muito um manual e ou instrues rpida de montagem e ajuste de CENTRO DE GRAVIDADE (C G).
um bom produto.

Moin,
habe den Spartan aus dem International Warehouse geordert. Lieferzeit nach Deutschland genau 2 Wochen. Der Spartan kam gut verpackt und ohne Schden bei mir ( Zoll ) an. Vorab : Die Qualitt ist durchweg gut ! Ein paar Kleinteile werde ich jedoch gegen meine Kleinteile austauschen . Sicher ist sicher ! Der EDF ChangeSun 12 Blade ist auch dabei !!!! . Zum Modell sei gesagt das die Spannweite von 965mm NICHT stimmt , sie betrgt 1068mm, womit sich mein Verdacht besttigt hat das es sich hier wohl um einen "Bruce Lee EDF" handelt. Alles in allem bin ich sehr positiv berrascht und kann den Spartan EVO nur empfehlen.

This plane is not without it's flaws. First off, the packaging inside is a little marginal in terms of protecting the very sharp nose. On my plane, the underside fibre glass on the fuselage was rippled in a few places, where it should be smooth. The hardware screws showed signs of rust!



So a little bit of rework is required. Not really recommended for a first time builder.



However, considering the overall price includes a CS 12 blade 90mm fan, which would cost you about a third of the price of the plane...... this thing is an absolute bargain!!
