Stock prop & ESC not worth it

The stock ESC is not usable, it will cut off throttle sooner or later for no reason, and the stock prop does not generate enough lift to fly 3D. The prop will touch the ground when landing...
Otherwise, nice big surfaces, and once you mount a stronger ESC, it actually flies.

Really good 3d foamie for the price! I upgraded to a 3s 500mah battery, and just use the stock motor\esc. I don't like the hardware that the kit comes with, but with the help of some glue it all worked out fine.

A great fun model to fly. I added some extra strength, such as fiberglassing engine mount, and adding thin carbon fibre strips on wings and tailplane, and some reinforcing around the front. Flies great and easy. Requires a 7" prop, though it came with a 6inch one. Great value.

Trs sympa faire voler, sans ou trs peu de vent. Perso, utilis avec un 2s 800mha, en positionnant les servos de profondeur/derive un peu plus vers l'arrire. Avec cette config vol 3D de 10/12 mn. Je m'amuse beaucoup avec, sans avoir la crainte de le casser pour des torques trs prs du sol.

Schnell zusammengebaut, Qualitt OK. Meinen CA hat das Material schlecht vertragen, habe mit CA fr Styropor verklebt. Fliegt ordentlich.

Plane fly's great. Used stock motor , mine came with a 7.4 prop which the plane will barely fly with. Did 8x6 and has alot of punch now. Stock esc lasted one flight then blew but a buddy gave me a jeti 18 amp and all ks well. Great plane for the money.

a bit heavy for the size but flies very good anyway with recommended specs excep a 2805 motor as i broke the original wood mount.
quick assembly but not the easyest
beware it is quite little and you may be surprised with the quickness it goes far from you as i've been

This plane is great and an easy build. I substituted the stock ESC with a Turnigy Plush 12A and have never looked back. I am also using an 8X4 prop instead of the stock 7X3.5. On this setup and the stock motor it 3Ds really well using a Zippy Flight Max 500 Mah battery. 3D flight times range right at 5 minutes.
