I had a minor problem with one of the wires. Shrinking tube was not double as on other two, and after heating it, to change stock connectors, was cut a few centimeters due to heat. Then motor was tested under a load at 180A at 6s with a lot of cooling air. Rpm was 26K. After 4 min of almost full throttle smoke started coming out of the motor and I could here a "screatching noise". I stopped motor and thought the bearings were shot. Well, something worst had happened. The spindle/rotor of the motor holds the magnets together with a bit of blue epoxy(2 drops each only!!!) and a thin film of I guess, polyamide". Magnets had broken both epoxy and film and touching inside of motor. Final result 2 of them were badly scratched. Now I need to re-glue them with a very good epoxy hopefully, and balance the whole thing. That means a lot of work...

This is a Great Motor, and for the price you can't beat it. I have been running it in my 42' Mono now for 2 mounths every day,(5s 40c Batts) and no problems. This motor would also work great in a 1/5 scale truck or buggy.Awsome power, around 6 Horse Power,Instant throttle response. Will buy more as soon as they come back in stock.(hope they get more).Would recommend this motor for anyone needing massive power.

Wow... I fired up this bad-boy today for a quick test free-holding it. It spins up to max speed instantly with no load. Running at max speed It is incredibly smooth. Someone took the time to do a high quality build here and custom balanced the internal shaft and magnets.

What an impressive motor. This is beyond belief.
