All Turnigy Lipoly batteries packs are assembled using IR matched cells.

I got back into the hobby in the spring and now have 10 of these turnigy lipos of various sizes. They are well built up to specs. I have not seen any puffing so far or damage to any of my batteries. Compared to some lipos I have purchased in the past they have very sturdy packaging and seem to have excellent chemistry because I have not found any deterioration after one season of frequent and hard flying. All still look and perform like new.
