Fitted this to stock Mini T45 shroud and 6 blade rotor from HK 50mm budget plastic EDF. The 50mm Mini T45 is now flown on 1600 4S LiPo with this combo and has been this way for nigh on 2 years now without trouble. Speed is just over 140kph which is about max for the model. For anyone looking for power but willing to live with the high amp draw it has - then like me - you'll love it. I will be buying more for projects I have ...

This looks to be a very nice EDF motor. I recently purchased the 4800kv when this was out of stock. I used it with 3 cells in a Wemo 50mm fan and it was pulling about 15 amps and moved the jet along pretty well. I grabbed one of these to try out when they came in stock, should give me a bit more power and speed....sweet!

Fried on fifth flight. I hardly ever even ran at wot! I'm using a five blade 64mm fan a 50 amp esc and a 3s 2200 mah lipo. Worked great while it lasted...

Tested with a GWS edf 55 6blade fan running 3S 2200 30C battery. Measured 500gm thrust at 31amps. Unfortunately, the 2200 battery is to large for my plane. Looking at cutting fan down to 3blades and running a 4S 1000 45C battery

Can i use this motor to upgrade my stinger64 which comes with a stock EDF motor 4300kv ?

Bought this motor for my flycat edf running 50amp esc and 3 cell 800 mah lipo got 4 mins fly time loads of power well worth the cost recommend !!

The model looks great however there arn't any assembly instructions. Am I assuming too much here. Did anybodyelse get assembly instructions?
