It wasn't mentioned in te product description, but I received 2 pinions and a spare shaft with the motor in a nice clear plastic box The motor works great with a gearbox i had. I'm using it on an indoor model on just 2 cells. The AUW came to just 7 oz. I'll see how it flys in a couple weeks.

Hi, can somebody recommend a speed controller for this motor,
I am using a 11.1 v ,2200 30c battery and flying it in a foam delta aircraft.
I am using a 30 a ESC at the moment, but gets very hot, do i require a larger esc?

The metal used on these is soft. What this means is that you have to be *extremely* careful when tightening your fasteners. The threads on these strip if you look at them cross-eyed! They are, however, the perfect size and power for 250 helis, as a replacement/brushless upgrade for the Walkera Master CP, and also as a brushless upgrade for the Double Horse 9104 (it fits perfectly without any modifications), and may also fit the 9116.

I have recently purchased this motor, whilst waiting for it to be delivered I purchased a couple of prop adapters from my local model shop, I purchased 2mm as that is what the
product specs showed, unfortunately this was incorrect, it appears to be 2.17mm in diameter, so be aware. Apart from that, this motor seems to be well made and excellent
that for money I have yet to try it in a model.
