Very good product i recomend it ubecIt works. Thats it. Could have used a ESC with BEC instead.
I got it because of that Buzzer feature.
BUT it only reacts when the input voltage Drops below 6V, IT DOESNT WARN YOU if your lipo goes flat. My 4S went down to 2.9V per cell until the ESC's said No.
The Buzzer is also pretty quiet, you wont hear it while flying.
I have no idea how to get the lov voltage alarm feature working, but it's not a problem for me. Removed the speaker to reduce weight. I love the fact, that you can select the voltage output simply by switching a jumper and not, with complex flashing.
The buzzer is useful as a mud flavored lollipop :-) Its barely audible in perfect silence, so on the flight field its totally useless. But why you would need a buzzer on a BEC?............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................inexpensive and reliable 5V UBEC. The buzzer is a little useless for 3S batteries and above, however it does provide a solid spot for wrapping a zip tie around when mount the UBEC.A must-have when you are either using opto ESCs or models with more than 4 servos. I use them to power my FCs, LEDs. Also a nice feature that you can configure it for two different voltages!I tried this product for using scale helicopter lighting. I needed the 6.1V Output and it works great. It`s a nice and really cheap UBEC an useful for many things.
