Good quality cells - the stated size is correct - good to have these individual options for creating odd size packs to fit into tight spaces.

Defective LIPO CELL !!!

Got 12 of these single cell lipos.. soldered a 4s3p arrangement for a total of 222Wh of battery. At about 6W draw, I got an actual capacity of about 210Wh or so. Based on how capacity varies with discharge rate, I can safely estimate a cap of about 200Wh at higher discharge.

Soldering was okay with these lipos, but you have to use a powerful enough iron. Mine had a booster button to heat the tip.

There was quite a significant voltage difference between two packs in series, about 100mV. I can't figure out if its the connections or the cell capacity differences.

I use my assembled 200Wh pack for field charging and other purposes. These are about 1/5 the weight and about half the volume of lead acid batteries with the same capacity. At only $9 per 18.5Wh of lipo, its a pretty good deal. I'd recommend a proper battery protection circuit if you dont want to manually monitor the cells.

I bought one of these cells to fix a new pack which had a broken tab

these 5000mah 20c cells are not the same size as

the cells in a 5000 6s 20c pack

they are 10 mm shorter and 10mm narrower

about the size of a 3300 mah cell

they come marked on the cell as 5000mah 20c
