This wire IS really silicone, the resistance is very low and get very good transfer. I installed in a buggy and a boat and it is water proof remain very flexible. I didn't get hot wire effect with it with 60c lipo and seem resistant to rubbing.

Nice wire with a high strand count. I have to use the 10 gauge spot on my wire strippers, because when I use the 12 gauge spot I lose some wire.
