Not working with DesertFox car ESC

Tried just about everything with this device but all to no avail. This is the second card I have bought in less than 2 weeks and neither of them will work. What can you do to help/refund me Hobbyking ?

Doesnt look like the pic shows and doesnt work for the turnigy 160A esc and it wont let me post a review because it says my review is to short so im saying all this so its long enough to post
