I bought this car 8 months ago, and i am not satesfited with it. This car is a crap, wheals and the plastic is a crap, body died first time when the car flips or rols. The price is for the manufacturing so so, may be the other cars more or a little bit better for the price. This is not my firs or lest car i also hawe some models from a hpi brand and a traxxas brand, and are BETTER.

I was excited about this truck when i ordered it, but ended up very disappointed, every time i drive it, something ends up broken. For example I have gone through 3 steering arms, they just aren't strong enough. Thankfully the replacement parts are easily available through redcat (its identical to an earthquake 8e), and I ended up putting a number of upgraded parts on it, but it doesn't seem to help and when it is running, the steering system is horrible, it always turns better in 1 direction than another, also the bump steering was very noticeable. I wish i hadn't ordered it...

OK received today bought Thursday night received Monday first impressions this thing is a nice monster truck for 200$ i have 2 4000mah zippy 30c hardcase lipos in it maiden drive it was pissing down rain still wheelies in the wet on the road and grass definetly need the earthquake 8e wheelie bar. its so nicely built my motor was wired back to front but oh well worth every penny BUY THIS TRUCK ITS GREAT suspensions nice copes well with bumps and stuff

Got mine a few weeks back. Very happy with it for the money. Positive: Very stable, handles well, very fast, seems durable, good ESC motor, nice LOOKING body, easy to work on, I can get redcat parts pretty easy in Holland os no prob there, cheap, parts are cheap. Bad: wheels come off tires (need to glue yourself before running), front adn read diff NEED to be shimmed too much play (you will strip them if you don't), lot of play int he steering (plastic servo saver plus bell crank), servo doesn't centre too well (but it's somewhat alright), body is SUPER fragile, bit annoying to get the batteries in the trays, need to thread lock all the screws going into steel before running and I would recommend putting some higher weight diff oil (150k to 500k) in the centre diff to stop the wheels from balooning.



All in all, if you work on the kinks which it definitely does have it's a cool vehicle I think! keep in mind that I've only ran it 3 times. It's not really RTR, as all the above stuff needs to be done on it before you can ACTUALLY run it. All in fun and HIGH performing vehicle, especially when you upgrade the servo.

All in all I'm happy I got it.

Guys. Good news, as well as bad. SPARE PARTS ARE HERE!!!! After 4 months of hard bashing, the ESC has bit the dust. It won't take hard acceleration and if you gun the throttle really fast it makes a screeching noise. Will be ordering a Turnigy TrackStar ESC instead. Now I can jump and do crazy stuff now that parts are here. Hobbyking, I am completly amazed that you guys have listened to me and other hobbyists to stock spares for this truck. thank you !

Ma 1re voiture RC. Premire impression au dballage: elle en impose !! belle, construction et assemblage ok. Au vu des commentaires prcdents je n'ai rien redire, pour la mienne, sur le serrage des vis et le collage des pneus. Aprs essai (sur herbe) a pousse !!! vraiment fort !!. Le pilotage est fun ! La solidit sera voir dans la dure. le point ngatif est l'absence de pices dtaches chez HK. C'est une bonne voiture amusante et peu chre.

Voiture reu hier, et dja test ! ca marche trs fort en 4s.
Avant de dbuter il faut bien vrifier que tout est bien serr, je n'ai pas eu de surprise mais j'ai vu certaine reviews qui parlais de certains manques de serrage.
Le montage est propre et la qualit plus que raisonable pour le prix, c'est la copie comforme du redcat earthquake donc pour ceux qui veulent rouler pour le fun -> ne pas se priver !

Great buggy for the price, has heaps of power and does great wheelies!!! Only fault is the body is very brittle and cracks/shatters very easily. Recommend buying an aftermarket body that is more flexable.

Hobbyking's delivery was super quick (2 days) and was packaged well.
