The Ranger 2000 is easy to assemble and features a large wingspan which provides stability, and also allows the model to fly at slow speeds. The EPO wings are fitted with two spars for strength and each aileron is reinforced with carbon to eliminate any chance of distortion or twisting. The wings are attached to the fuselage using fast connect clips, after flying, simply squeeze the clips to release the wings.
The lightweight fuselage is blow-molded from a tough, rugged, and flexible plastic with plywood formers that will take a lot of punishment, it will bend and flex before breaking. Remove the black canopy to reveal a convenient camera mounting platform for FPV flying right from the pilot's seat. The spacious fuselage has plenty of room for all the other FPV equipment, the battery, and the receiver, etc.
This is the 5 channel kit version with flaps which is not supplied with a motor, ESC, servos, or any electronics. Supplied is a complete airframe with motor mount, hinges, horns, screws, propeller, and a complete set of servo cables. The beauty of being the kit version is that you can choose which motor, ESC, and servos you wish to install. The Ranger 2000 is an amazing pusher glider that flies beautifully, is strong, rugged, and provides a very stable platform for training, FPV flying, or as a camera ship.
