I broke a pair of wing retaining clips on my Phoenix 2400 Glider , which is a cool glider, anyway I needed a pair and figured I'd need more if I was going to keep flying it,
Online on a Sunday showed 5 sets of clips stateside warehouse, I ordered but there was a glitch along the communication and my online ordering skills,,,,
To sum it up, they only had 2 sets when I called on Monday to straighten things out, they sent me those two then 5 more a few days later that came over from the HK.
The warehouse team here in the PNW did a great job!
