Easy way of making these hard to find decals yourselves .

With this Inkjet water transfer paper everyone can make these hard to find decals . The better the photo or drawing you use the better result you get. Just a advice ,print your decal and let it dry overnight ,then apply a clear coat of spray paint over it ,if you don't do that your creation will despair in a mist of colors in to the water ,and do this before you cut it to its final shape ,other ways the edges of your decal will stick to the paper when you put them in to the water to slide them on its final resting place .Let dry the paint for a night and than cut the decal to your desired form,slide it in to the water and put it on the surface you have in mind ,after the water has dry out put another layer of clear spray paint over it to secure your work.
This deal paper can be used on many surfaces ,but don't like mugs or plates or glasses that go into dishwashers or microwave that treatment will not hold your creation for long ,even with a clear coat of spray paint over it ,the water is the enemy .

After you have printed your decal and have it drying for a night, apply a clear coat of spray paint over the printed decal "before" cutting the decal out of the paper ,and again let it dry ! do so "before" you put the decal in to the water ! Ad a another layer of clear spray paint over the decal ,after the decal is applied on whatever surface or item of your choice and has dry out completely, or your inkt will runs off after time .
It is not sticking long on a drink mug or cup, the water is the enemy !

Was first a bit skeptical about this water transfer paper ,but after some experimenting it's working ,the better the image you are using is the better the end result .
If you use a image that has scharp outlines and clear color separation and you have a printer that can print at high resolutions you can make high quality decals with this paper. Give the decal enough time to dry when it's coming out of the printer the longer you wait the better the result at the end .Great for these hard to find decals for warbirds . After applying give it a overnight drying time before spraying a thin clear coat of paint to make it more resistant .
