This is the best little device to find out how fast your planes really are. I used it on my powered wing to find that it hits 112mph in a dive! Cannot wait to try it on my new plane that should get 150+mph. The speed is easy to read from the led lights, you just need to watch them closely as the blinking is very fast. Also, I recommend simply power cycling the power to get the led to readout the top speed. IT is simpler than trying to wave your finger.

Great product, always interested in how fast I was traveling. Taped onto the wing (going to play with it on more aircraft) Interesting to get the information easy to install and I use SeeHow to read.

I put this in my HET F-20 goblin & registered 98 mph.

Instructions were easy to follow & the unit is fairly easy to use. I use a small 200 mah 2 cell lipo pack to power it so that I can diconnect all other power in the plane before reading the indicator. It works best in direct sunlight, just wave a couple fingers back & forth quickly over the LED & it will stop flashing, then count the following flases, there will be a pause for the next digit

Nettes kleines Tool. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Nur die Sensor LED versagt immer wieder mal Ihren Dienst wenn man gerne die geschwindigkeit wissen mchte. Man kann jedoch einfach den Strom abschalten und wieder ein. Danach wird die Geschwindigkeit ebenfalls angezeigt

Bought this just out of curiosity...what a laugh, at our club we each have very similar planes called "Wombat's" some gas some electric, one day saw whos was the fastest, 138mph acheived, this product is spot on with speed and very easy to install(gaffer taped to the wing, could be hard mounted easyly) easier to unplug and plug back in the get the speed (cloudy day couldn't get the finger wave to work)....Once again ...Excellent product.*****

purchased this recently and fitted it to my Blizzard so far I am getting 90mph, thought there may be a problem showing the speed waving your hand over the sensor, but now you just disconnect it the reconnect it and it shows the last measured speed. Fantastic!!
