Terrible product terrible services and support from hobbyking

Had product delivered, tried to charge ,charger shows 1 cell faulty, send 16 emails with videos and photos to hobbyking they recond didn't got my emails. Been faithful customer to hobbyking for over 10 years now buying from other companies.
