I went thru basically the same thing as the other reviewer.
Of the 4 batteries I ordered one had a bad/very low cell.
Almost 3 weeks went by after the return and had to use CHAT to get the refund with bonus points to buy another. So the warranty was good but the time it takes was poor.
Always follow up with CHAT to get things done.

got 2 packs. ones shrink tube defect, the other had a bad cell... so i cant say something to its performance.

So I ordered two of these packs for my trex 500. I charged both the packs and noticed that one went to 25.2V and was at 4.2V per cell. The other one I charged only went up to 24.4 and I had a huge V range between cells. I returned this battery and waiting for replacement. However the one good pack is awesome. Running increased headspeed so I need more C. This pack gives me 4:30-5:00 idle up 3d and pack comes down sub 100 F. Had a few cycles on this battery and holds true.

i use a set of two of this batteries on my Heli, i have more than 10 flights on them, the charge good and balance well and i got no problems so far and the price value is good too.

Ok here is my experience. I received this lipo with one cell punctured. I immediately filed a complain with HK and emailed them the pics of damaged lipo. In under 24hrs i got the amount credited to my HK account and they didn't even ask me to send the damaged lipo back. So far i am very satisfied with their customer support.

After reading the reviews I'd bought 2 packs for my trex 500 clone. One pack was fine giving me just over 8 mins of flight time with low head speed versus the other pack which was just over 4 mins - which is ridiculous. These times are the amount of time the throttle stick is not at lowest position as shown on my transmitter, and I use a QUANUM telemetry system so that I bring it down to land as soon as any one of the voltages of the 6S brick triggers the alarm at 3.7V. 50pcnt failure to me is a disappoinment. I'd like to return the spoilt pack, but the disparity between cells needs to be at least 0.2 V before they'd consider it. What the heck, I think I'll write them and see what happens.

I ordered three of these one after another and two of them are bigger in size and more heavy as well. The bigger ones also have longer charge cables. It looks to me like they are produced in two different factories. It is not very nice to offer one product and send another but other than that they all perform great for now.
