I started out in FPV with the Quanum V2's and wanted to move to a more compact head set. I have bought other Fatshark goggles and have been disappointed with the small screens and FOV.
So, after looking at some of these goggles on the field I decided to treat myself to a pair of these.

The screen size is excellent and the range of options is fantastic. Also, with the built in DVR I no longer have loads of cables trailing every where.

No I can jump in the car with my quad or plane, put the goggles on and fly anywhere without having to plug cables in and mess around with tripods etc..

If you like a large screen and great field of view then I recommend these!!

I've seen a lot of people complaining about the blurred image at the sides of the screens but I dont have that problem!
I can see the OSD's I have on my various planes and quads with absolutely no issues.

The Battery life is great too!!

And with it being hobbyking the delivery is very fast and excellent service

In stock for a short period of time and I bought one.....yeh
I upgraded from the Attitude V2's that I had for just over a year and were ok but wanted the extra channels and recorder. I set up my mini quad and wore my attitudes for a minute or two then tried the new HD2's.........WOW........bigger screen and fully visible. I soon realised that the Attitudes I had were good but these took it to the next level. No correct that...another two levels. If you have been pondering over upgrading to the Dom V3's think again and pay the extra these are awesome. The optics make it that the whole screen is in focus and means you get good peripheral vision far better than my older Attitudes.
A big thumbs up from me....

OK i have now this headset and as i suspected, the corners are blurry even with the provided -2 diopter lenses.
I ordered a set of another diopter lenses, -4 and -6.
If that will not help i'll try to make some custom lenses from binoculars that suits me ;)

The image wearing spectacles muddy on each side, the mask strongly presses, has taken off this mask the picture became a little more accurate, quite heavy on comparison with v922. The built-in recorder, and support 3D has pleased. But IMHO too expensive, for a little crude product

Had these for nearly 2months now. Its a waiting game the moment they go instock they are gone within 30minutes. But I managed to get a pair early December.

Since then they have become my main googles - I had headplays before.

People that complain about fuzzy screen don't have them setup correctly/no diopters. Mine are crystal clear (-4 diopters) - I even usually wear glasses too. If you don't wear glasses most people that have 20/20 vision found -2 diopters solve that problem (I believe the newer ones are coming with -2 included)

All in all, these are the best googles on the market. The dom v3s would have been great until the put a 16:9 screen on them. But these are the market leaders at this price you'd be stupid not to get a pair.
