Excellent and light, works fine with a cloverleaf antenna, don't forget the 3.7to5V voltage input. I used this regulator Blue Arrow Ultra Micro Automatic Voltage Regulator, can work with 3S LiPo : http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=41922
With original antenna, it can become hot, stay cold with cloverleaf antenna.

Brilliant little tx, really light and compact. When I first set it up I was only getting about 150 metres range. I changed the receiver antenna to a 8db gain and now I get about 1300 metres. Very happy, well done HK. Now get them back in stock so others can enjoy!

Just did a quick ground test (video only): Seems to work well. Got something near or better range than my 5.8GHz 600mW Immersion RC VTx/VRx combo. Picture quality fine. Ran this tiny Tx at 3.6V just to be safe.

can a "how to" be put up on how to setup the channels on this? do i just solder ground to a channel and it gives me a certain channel?

Hello all, i need some instructions on how to solder this to select my channel? iv read the instructions for the receiver and it doesnt make sense. am i suppose to solder ground and the channels together to select my channel?

Excellent Product!

I was very skeptical but was surprised a lot! Gets slightly warm on 5V Thus quality 3 crowns. Setup is with stock whip and custom made 4 turn helical. At least 500m range even behind receiver, image never breaking up! Truly great. Limiting factor is poor antenna on orangeLRS at the moment.

tested with a lawmate receiver, the range is impressive, 2,65km range test, with stock antenna on tx and stock antenna on lawmate on a 7 meters high fish rod!

tx work really well, used this tx with the micro camera with led and 3.7v -160mah battery. i was very impressed by the range and good signal from such a little device. small and light enough for fp100 heli.
i used the 2.4ghz reciever combo 100mw pal system. no need to change the channel on the tx just switch to channel 3 on reciever or the one that works for you!
