Put this motor in LX F-16 with intake mods. Tested with 3500mah 6s 30-40C battery, HK 60-70A opto ESC, low timing. Got over 60Amp peak so over 1350W. Still the unit got just barely warm after 3 min flight (mostly full throttle, from 60 F to 80 F). Plenty of speed and good climb, nearly 1:1 thrust weight ratio (~1.8 kg thrust in the plane). Sounds good and balanced well too. Will get another one if need for a project.

Arrived well packaged and with everything required.

I use it to the HK Viper 70 mm EDF , and it goes fantastic on test , fan sound like a real jet.



I have order two one of them had a problem with the EDF Shift.

I upgraded my T50 edf jet from HK with it and WOW! it is now a rocket! Crazy power and they don't lie saying 1,9kg thrust on 6S. I broke the landing gear at take off due to high speed, so i had to land on belly!! I am using turnigy 6S 3000 35C pack and 70A turnigy thrust ESC with it. Quality and balancing is perfect. For this price, no competitor! I ordered 2 more to power my next plane (F22 fiberglass twin 70 EDF jet), almost 4kg thrust for a 2,5kg plane...i am excited in advance :)

tested this EDF on 5S Lipo and 6S Lipo with 80Amp ESC (with timing on LOW)

6S 5Amp lipo:

half throttle : 23A 550W 1000gram thrust

full throttle : 63A 1450W 2100gram thrust tested only for 10 seconds

5S 5Amp lipo :

half throttle : 18A 340W 800gram thrust

full throttle : 45A 800W 1600gram thrust motor stays cool



on 6S Lipo full throtlle current is too much!!!, so decrease throttle level!!

Very good EDF and cheep. I use in F-16 70mm from Lanxiang with some mods in gears (servoless retactable system and original lander aluminium gears) and alerons. Final plane weight was 1.440 gr. With 3300 6s 40C nanotech lipo final weigth 1.901 gr.The F-16 take of about 20m in a concrete runway!!. The pane are fast, and I have 4:30-5 min of flight. Very stable and good balance with this lipo.

Just got it, looks geat. Will install it an .46 VOTREX NITRO, will keep You updated, if i holds up power as promised to the same as a .46 Nitro Engine....
