I have found these props to be a fair amount out of balance and take a bit of work to get them right. They do break really easy like most have stated in other reviews. The cost is good though and like others have also stated the stock v's demand is very limiting. I placed one of these props on another brand plane that ran a 9.8x5 4 blade and it really made a huge difference to its performance. So that's a plus side for this propeller. I do wish the Aussie warehouse could stock a lot more though but again, it is a demand issue v's strength of prop.

Buy them up while they are in stock because it takes forever to get them back in stock. And they very brittle and brake easy.

This prop breaks too easily, and I suspect it's due to the thin base of each blade. I've broken this prop even on a slow nose over on the runway, which is grass. Disappointing, but I'll still buy more as there's not really a lot of choice.

Order dispatched from Hong Kong on the 30th April and it arrived in the UK today 8th May. That's pretty good going when HobbyKing themselves said it could take upto 45days to arrive.

Product looks good. time will tell how strong they are, but that's why I bought spares! :)

Fitted to the 1100mm Durafly Corsair - Good flying prop, fantastic scale looks. I have had about 10 of these and they are always out of balance, some a long way, but it is a rare event to buy any prop that is balanced out of the factory. I do find that they are not very durable. If you have a prop strike they will snap blades straight off. I think that there must be a good 2 blade alternative for the Durafly series, maybe a TGS Sport 11x10E is worth a try?? and at a third the price.

Ok these props are from FMA and are 10.5 x 8, they handle the same as any other prop that is to sat, hit the ground and they break. Preformance is good but please check balance before use, Mine only required minor balancing and have preformed excellent on an E-Flight p-51b, now just waiting to see how the 16'' version preforms on my large p-51d. Please be careful with motor selection as anything above 790kv on S4 will burn out the motor and possibly the esc. The 16'' versions I will test on 600kv and 500kv on S4 to see how they go.

This prop looks great and performs well, but is very brittle, and expensive to replace.

I am using a 2 blade alternative for flying. And fitting a 4 blade for display.

I bought 3 props on two separate orders. The first two broke easily when it hit the ground. The third one was surprisingly durable, I had about a dozen bad landings until one of the blade broke. Don't throw the broken prop away, you can still use it by cutting the 3rd blade so it become 2 blade props. It still can be use and it fly well too, the bright side was you can have over and over nose-downed landing but the prop will still intact and can fly again. You can use it for your landing practice. When you skilled enough buy another of this for scale looks :).
