I choose 4 of these 1306/2300kV for my first 250 (in fact it is 270mm) racer build and I am surprisingly happy. It weights 220gr w/o battery. I use with 2700mAh 3S lipo (180gr). Total weight is 400gr. No FPV yet. They spin 5030 props with ease. On 3S the motor do not heat up at all, maybe 40 degree Celsius. At full throttle goes crazy! Hovers at about 50pcnt for 19 min. I broke 10 props during light crashes and motors still working verry well.

A very good price for 2 motors, 1 CW and 1 CCW. However, be prepared to do some balancing work as I can see the the prop nuts wobbling with my naked eyes. There is much vibration from the motor. My 180 racer built cannot even take off but shaking like mad (not a PID issue). I'll need to reduce the vibration and try again.

Great little motor's, for super light 250 builds, cant belief the power from this tiny thing's.
5040 props are the max effecient props. bigger and the motor will burn.
In combo with a 1300mah its a nice nimble corner machine.


Bought them for my hexa and 4 quads and still going strong.

Perfect little motor. Extremely light (13g). Mounted on Turnigy Micro-Quad V2, with 4 ESC Turnigy Multistar 6A V2 (BLHeli) and the KK-Mini Multi-Rotor flight controler. Perfect flight, stable, the Quadcopter weight is about only 127g without battery. Very happy, thanks HK for this motor :)
