even i can fly using this controller..i have 2 and both are perfect with almost zero adjustments..balance your props. and your finished qaud...use a good radio.other wise you might watch yours fly away,like mine did.it flew so good.and my reicever malfuctioned.and i watched it disapear .the fy90q pro is worth every penny..its what i miss the most of my qaud

Important installation issue with this controller which is not covered clearly in the setup manual.. You must mount it on or just below the vertical CG If you place it on top of the quad frame and above the vertical CG to gain easy access to the adjustment pots. it will roll off to the left and forward. so much so that you eventually run out of right stick to hold it horizontal. Simply move the FY90Q down to the vertical CG or just below and it works perfectly. This nearly drove me crazy til I figure this out!

Still a beginner as I never got further than hovering, some circles and adjusting with the KK; the FY90Q Pro was almost perfect out of the box. Easy to setup following the printed manual. The stable mode is smooth as a better coax heli, but drifts a bit if its eg. windy as the FY90 has no RTH or compass as better controllers have.

This is great for the Multi Prop Folks.

You get it for less and it becomes the way of the future, I learned to fly my Quad, buy way of crash and burn wondering why other flew thiers so easy! So if you want to fly hot or let it take over so you can Photo better than before, it is all worth the rebuild and price to save Face and Props.

The product's description is saying it all , I replaced the hobbyking control board by this one on my quadcopter, a world of difference .

What I like the most is the ability to switch between two different modes during flight .

One moment you have a fully stabilized on all 3 axis Quadcopter, and just flip the switch and you have a full acrobatic Quad .

It's a bit difficult to set up the switch, after you found that out it's up and flying.

It's truly a 5 Star controller .

I have one in my Quad 9. Very good product. Just follow the few steps in the instructions for a model stable and easy to fly. The pots allow easy adjustment of the 3 axes and the freestyle mode opens new horizons.
