One of the linkages was cracked. Had to use my old linkage. Other than that it worked out great on on the heli.

The blade grips, follower arms, bearings and links work perfectly. The material is abit weak but it works fine.

Out of 4 of these, 4 swashplates had unusable amount of slop, 4 of them had their main hub cut crooked, so one of the blades come out at a slight angle. This was a few years ago, I hope they've changed their product since then.

Bought this to upgrade my 250GT to flybarless.Nice construction bearings are smooth and good build quality.I can recommend this with out reservation.Well done hobbyking on another great product at an affordable price will post another review as soon as I set it all up.All the best.

I'm pretty impressed with this for the price. Bearings are all very smooth, and it has plenty of pitch range (unlike the HK450 FBL setup). Make sure to CHECK FOR LOCTITE. Most of the screws were good, but none of the ball links screws were loctited.

Super Rotorkopf, wrde ihn mir jederzeit wieder kaufen,
da er erstens fast immer verfgbar ist, das Material gut ist,
er auch mal einen absturz vertrgt. :o) und das Preisleistungsverhltnis passt.

Nice and good quality - very cheap. 4 stars only because I cannot understand, why HK sells the HK 250GT still without this rotor head, but flybar rotorhead. Only few part of the HK-250 GT flybar head can be used for this head as spare.

Fair value for the price paid.
Problem I have encountered: swashplate ball come off during 6-th flight
It would be good if HK sells those heads without swash (that present no value at all).
Arrived assembled with threadlock applied.
