this warbird looks awesome , flys awesome and very stable flying and easy landing thanks to the ORX stabilizer , you can fly with no hands ! lands perfectly almost by itself ! i fly 1000 mah zippy and spectrum basic 6ch AR620 witout antenna receiver , this receiver is perfect for this plane !!! the cg is fine , i fly 7 minutes with the 1000 mah baterys , this is a must have plane !!! i did not yet fly on expert mode yet , later i will . you can easely hand launch this warbird ! its straight forward immediate climbing on 75 % trottle ,

i fly on 1000 mah zippys ,cg is ok , today i had fly 2 batterys without any problems in beginner mode ists very easy to fly thanks to the orx sabilizer , i didnt try expert mode yet ,maybe later , i did 2 hand launch and its very straight forward 80 % trottle immediate climbing , almost impossible to crach this warbird in beginner mode , the orx helps also for easy perfect landings .you can fly this warbird with no hands !! ORX stabilizer is fantastic !!rudder and elevator in second hole , ailerons in last hole down . this is a very beautifull detailed plane and very easy to fly thanks to ORX .basic spectrum ar620 receiver without antenna is perfect for this plane ! 7 minutes fly time with 1000 mah zippys !

Maidened today after only 3days of delivery from Eu Warehouse.
Used a 3s 850 Zippy compact and set the travels to 100% Rates, 40%Expo and the CG according to the manual.
Flys spot on leveled, smooth and can also a little stunts, need only 2 klicks of elevator downtrim.
Need a little speed at the turns to prevent tip stalls and the gyro starts as expected to shake at „As3x and Safe“ mode at high speed nose dive passes. Fly 3/4 throttle, enjoy the flight and all are fine.
Flight time with 3s 850mah are around 6.30min. 20% still left in the tank.
Overall,- a perfekt bird with no bad tendecies for the size and price.
Go and grab one.
Salute to all the flyers of the world.

Two blades not a problem!!!

Broke a prop blade and thought I was grounded!!!!! NO, just removed the one blade opposite the broken one and now I have a two bladed prop with a spare blade and she flies great!!!!

Great little flyer

The detail is very good, nearly good enough for a coffee table model. Mine has all the armaments fitted and flies very well. The only problem is with the stabilizer. At full throttle the ailerons oscillate violently, slow flying is fine. I have disconnected mine from the stabilizer and reduced the travel to 70% with some expo. now its fine. Great value when on special. Lack of spares is a problem though.

Good and Bad

[[[ Bad Things ]]]
- There is no motor specs. I'm guessing it has DST-1200KV.
- 3S battery with bundled 8x6, 4-blades prop. will make the motor very hot. It will burn out motor soon and fast(measurement was 260W and over 22A)
- With 2S battery with bundled 8x6, 4-blades prop., the motor will use around 110 watts that power is not enough for fun flying. I tested the 8x7, 2 blades props with 3S battery, which setting makes the motor power 180Watts and uses 16A at Max. This is the best setting without burning motor.
- No stock on 8x6, 4-blades props for a long time.
- ORX Gyro makes the plane randomly oscillating left and right with higher speed. There is no way to fix it. ( I'm using only expert mode ) I'm thinking to take out the ORX after more testing done.

Faulty Gryo

If you fly the plane there is no warranty...But submit a claim if you have a question? How can I tell if the gyro is going to make the plane shake only at half throttle or above unless I fly it. I never crashed it, it I just have to fly very slow. Customer service sucks all they say is sorry, no advice. "R" I hope the next car you buy the AC dont work and when you take it back the guy just says sorry, thanks for your money though. All I needed was some advice not a new plane, maybe a gyro.

What a blast to fly! Easy to assemble, easy to program, and scale like features. The gyro gets quirky at high speeds but overall it is fun to fly. I am using 1000mah batteries all the way forward and balances right at the back end. Loops, rolls, cuban 8s, it does it all!
