    Description du produit

    This next-generation bidirectional cross weave glass fiber reinforcing tape has a transparent "PET" substrate which provides a high longitudinal tensile strength, and is transverse tear resistance, in short, it is extremely strong. The other outstanding property it has is the adhesive, it is super sticky, but allows for positioning. Once you are satisfied with the position of the tape gently apply more pressure and the strength of the bond increases. This strong, pressure-sensitive rubber-based adhesive will also increase its strength over the next 24hrs as it "cures" to form a permanent, very strong bond. Another characteristic of this tape is that it will retain its strength in high and low temperatures.


    This very versatile reinforcing tape has many, many uses for modeling and DIY. It is perfect for strengthening and reinforcing foam models, hinging, on the spot, and emergency repairs, in fact anywhere where you want a quick, strong, and reinforced solution, this tape will supply the answer. Keep a roll handy in your workshop and field toolbox for those general use and emergency repairs.

    I bought this tape to protect the underside of some belly-landing aircraft I have. It works just great. It is strong and resistant, but light and quite transparent. I'm very happy with it.
