Nice finish, pretty strong. Only problem is DO NOT USE the included screws. They are not the correct type of screw. You will damage the treads on the mount. Included are self tapping screws. Machine screws should be used. Same machine screws that go on the metal main base. Because I didn't take a closer look the self tapping screw got jammed in the threads and the bolt screw head snapped off. Luckily I bought 2 of these bases.

Love this part. This should come with the CMT version at least. After replacing my warped plastic tray I can now safeguard my gyro by installing it on the tray.

Excellent upgrade for t-rex 500 and HK-500.
Perfect for strengthening chassis and lowering vibrations on a gyro, when mounted onto or under such a plate... A must.

This Metal Electronic Tray is necessary if you want to mount your gyro in this position under the tail boom. The Plastic original one produces too much vibration. Easy access to the gyro now because the tray can be removed by undoing 4 screws without having to loosen screws in the chassis.

Much better then the standard plastic tray that comes with the hk500 helis.
come with 4 screws,
easy to put velcro on top and bottom side of the plate.
top: 3g control unit,
bottom: assan receiver.
