Good caliper with caveat

One of the best digital calipers I've used. Big display with very easy to read numbers and consistent readings.
The only let down is as someone has noted, is no on/off switch and is sensitive to turning on - on its own, thus reducing significantly battery life.
A nice tool nonetheless. Four and a half stars really.

Seems good so far - only battery was flat

Just received, so far it looks good - the depth probe is rattling inside the case when carried around, but that doesn't do harm.
It arrived with a flat battery, so I had to put in a new one, I hope it will last long (with another cheap vernier I got, I have to remove the battery when not in use because it seems to draw power even when turned off...).

This is one of the best tools I have on my bench. Comes in real handy when I have to order things in metric sizes. Love it when I have to order a battery etc. and don't know the size.

I bought this because Iam having trouble seeing the lines on my plain caliper, getting old I guess. I slid this caliper 20times up and down and every time it zero's back perferctly

The calipers are OK, solid quality, work. It didn't get full 5 stars because the screen is washed out in low temperatures (typical for low cost LCD's) and you don't have an old style analog measuring but only digital by LCD screen.

Dit is echt de beste digitale schuifmaat die je voor dit geld kunt kopen.Ik heb er wel 10 verschillende gekocht de laatste jaren en dit is de enige die ik nog gebruik.
Dit ding is gewoon echt nauwkeurig op 0,02 mm.Elke keer als ik iets na meet met een schroefmaat blijkt deze schuifmaat precies hetzelfde aan te geven.Net zo goed als een mitutoyo voor een fractie van de prijs.Zo betrouwbaar dat ik mijn micrometers amper nog gebruik.
