The ISDT Q8 is a 4th generation smart charger that has SmartPower support. The Q8 packs a lot into a small ergonomic case, it has an output voltage of 34V and a max charge current of 20A, all this makes for a whopping maximum charge capacity of 500W.
The charger features an innovative and intuitive interface that allows easy user access to the advanced charging features whilst remaining simple to use. This is a great charger for the novice and expert. The 2.4" IPS LCD screen has a large 178° viewing angle that provides outstanding picture quality even in direct sunlight. The Q8 also has an adjustable "Dark Mode" feature which makes it suitable for low light scenario's. Control and access of the menu options are very simple with the touch board next to the screen. Simply use the up or down arrows and the enter button for setting the charger to your various charging requirements.
The high-speed ARM 32bit processor combines with the upgraded scOS 2.0 operating system to provide instant booting, smart charging, and firmware updates can be performed using your personal computer. To cater for the high output of the Q8 there is a need for increased cooling, this is provided by the high-speed ballraced fan, accurately machined alloy cooling fins, active cross-flow cooling air duct, and a hi-tech silicon heat conductive pad.
The ISDT Q8 Smart Charger is a convenient, easy to use powerful 500W charger that is a must to have in any toolkit. The charger is supplied with built-in XT60 connectors and an XH balance port. Adaptors will be required if you use batteries with different connectors (see related products). It also has a micro USB port for connecting the charger to a PC for firmware upgrades and a 5V/2A USB output port for mobile device charging.
