Had voltage near 0 on arrival and the support want me to send in the cell for inspection!? I even removed the paper around the cell (which is lose and easy to remove and to put back on again) to show the strange leakage or residues from the manufacturing.
I have several bad experiences which Hobbyking batteries, LiPo's mostly, and strongly advise buyers to buy batteries from Hobbyking.
The batteries seams cheap but the problem is that they are "cheap". They will be more costly in the long run and I recommend you to buy real batteries which are roar/efra approved or similar to keep your hobby cost as low as possible.
I have never managed to get a refund and the Hobbyking words...
Other stores will force you to ship the product back to China in full retail packaging every time!

Hobbyking have some product which are good and "cheap" in a right way but "know" what you are buying from Hobbyking.Don't waste your money.
Happy for the folks who got good samples of these but the 6 I bought were utter rubbish and a total waste of $60. Two arrived with terminal voltages of about 0.5V, the four others were all under 0.1V. One of them had leaked substantially at the positive cap. I persuaded the four best to eventually take a charge. On my Duo3 they returned (after several cycles) at a discharge of only 2C:
I sent a request for a refund/replacement to HK but never got a reply.
I'm a Platinum and Elite member - so much for customer service. Pity, I don't have unreasonable expectations of HK at the price but this is just not acceptable.

Soldered them up as both Rx power and also for my 120 size CAP's power plant. They perform just as well as the A123 cells. Trouble free use, no danger and excellent discharge. I would never use Lipo on such large scale applications.
